Use Your Imagination…

aztec4Remember that time I announced my love for geometric Aztec/Southwestern prints? I saw this sweater at Urban shortly after and it became my new favorite. Lucky for me, Santa checks my Pinterest boards and he left it under the tree for me. Santa’s awesome like that.

I actually wore this outfit on vacation the day we visited Asheville, NC, and my parents and sister drove over to meet us for the day. We were so busy gallery hopping, eating, and checking out the winners of the national gingerbread competition, that I forgot to take photos before the sun went down! But I loved the outfit so much I recreated it back home in Indy for some pictures. Just pretend the snow’s not there and imagine some hippies in the background.

just kidding. It looks adorable and I’m just super jealous because I’ve been stalking it all month and everyone got it for Christmas except me. Wah wahhhhh. 😉

  2. Hi there! Loving your blog, my name is Katie Elliott I am the creator of Tag a ( The website works like this: each week I announce a new fashion trend, and people then tag themselves on Facebook wearing that trend. This is done by tagging their picture with the Tag a Trend Facebook page. The other option is to directly add your pics to the facebook wall at or to email pics to The best pics then appear on my site.
This week’s trend is aztec print and as can see you are loving the trend, I thought you might be interested in getting involved and tagging yourself in this fab print. The picture will appear on both my site and Facebook (both with a direct link back to your blog.)
Look forward to hearing from you!
