Fall Is Coming…

I can tell fall is almost here! And it’s not just because it was cool enough this week to wear a sweater dress and boots. It’s also because I have a calendar, and it says fall is almost here.

It seems I’m not the only one who can read a calendar, because the “How to Wear Ankle Boots” post I wrote back in January is getting a ton of hits this month, after a summer of not much action. Clearly the rest of the world is ready for sweater weather, too.

When I wore these boots over the weekend (for another night of Bar results celebration), I discovered a little bit of dried salt from the last time I wore them in the snow – a not-so-pleasant reminder of what comes after fall. Ugh. Let’s enjoy it while we can.

  1. I actually found your blog at the beginning of the month via searching for posts on how to wear ankle boots! Clicked for the ankle boots, stayed for the rest ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. Oh wow, that dress is so cool! Also, let’s please not think about winter. I’m super excited to wear my ankle boots, but the thought of snow makes my stomach turn.
